Valley Byliners are a writer’s support group located in Harlingen, Texas. They meet on the second Saturday of each month at 1:30 p.m. in the Harlingen Public Library. Meetings usually last about 90 minutes and typically include a short program on some aspect of writing. Visitors are welcome and are encouraged to join. Dues are currently $20 per year.
