POETRY OF RESISTANCE: AN ANTHOLOGY OF POETS RESPONDING TO SB 1070 & XENOPHOBIA – Last call for poetry submissions for the anthology “Poets Responding to SB 1070″ is sending to the University of Arizona Press for publication. The moderators have selected 124 poems so far from more than 1,300 poems posted on our Facebook page. The publisher is willing to consider 150 poems. Deadline June 21, 2011. Please tag your poem as a note to either Francisco X. Alarcón or Odilia Galván Rodríguez who are serving as co-editors of this exciting new poetry anthology.
