Kit Karma

Kit Karma

Kit was praised
The rebel had broken through
Left a line in the sand of the Rio Grande
Enough! No more illegal immigrants
Everyone knew

He worked undercover
A cop disguised a teach
Every undocumented someone
Grew to fear his reach

United with other teachers
Snitchers one and all
To the cops undercover
Within every school, every city
Every illegal parent, sister, and brother
Grew to fear the man and his ilk
Kit Karma! School cop undercover!

Classes closed down
Welfare jobs ceased
Police departments were shuttered…

Kit was praised
For his rebel ways
No illegals left in this here town

Plumbers got whiter
So did gardeners and yard men
House grew filthy, for house cleaners had headed south
Kitchen restaurants so short of hand
The sign said:”Get it for your own damn self”.

No more illegals,
No more “Speak English, please”
No more undocumented humans
Kit the cop was a good teach

But like a calm between storms
Kit’s daughter finally grew
She was born in Mexico
And married illegal too

Complete annihilation
Extermination of dark-skinned wets
Kit was praised one night
But sometimes Karma’s what you gets.
