Valley Byliners Newsletter

There’s alot of news in the Valley Byliner’s July newsletter and will mention some highlights here. There is a new book publisher in Brownsville, Sarah Book Publishing, and soliciting manuscripts through the website: SarahBookPublishing.com.

A new free magazine, “ENCORE CULTURAL ARTS SCOURCE”, has been showing up around town. Members of Byliners found copies at the Gallery on the corner of Jackson and Commerce and in the lobby of the Harlingen Arts and Heritage Museum. You can contact Daniel Wright by email at Encore.w9@gmail.com or by telephone at (956)367-1049. Tiny Desk - The Brooklyn jazz quartet began by playing benefit concerts for an ill friend, but the band soon realized it had potential for more. Endangered Blood's music draws from post-bop, 20th-century chromaticism and New Orleans funeral marches, showcasing compositions both cerebral and gritty. .
