Entre la Nada/Between Nothing

Between Nothing

In between two worlds
Pero dueno de none
North of my raices
Quien soy
Cuando estoy
Between none

I came to Los Estados Unidos
For a better life
Mis hijos were born here
But where will I die?
Soy Mexicano
A cornucopia botana
Between la nada

I will go back
Pero sea igual?
Or will I?
English still sound foreign
Mexico is where I was born
Y quien soy
Cuando estoy
Entre la nada

They call me Mexican
Pero aquí estoy
Mi corazon bilingüe
My children Americans
My husband American
And me?
Puedo decir
Entre la nada

The evening sun sets
In the morning el sol will rise
New moons
Full moons
Pass their cycles
Like me
Between- entre
La nada
