Cats, Waves, Dragons
A night drizzle.
She bends over the cat bowls and calls:
They trot out of the dark onto her porch.
As fast as she pours dry food and milk,
The cats mouth and nose in ….
Off at the sea, a huge wave stands
And then disappears into a dragon’s mouth.
