Cats, Waves, Dragons

A night drizzle.

She bends over the cat bowls and calls:

“Gatos! Gatos!”

They trot out of the dark onto her porch.

As fast as she pours dry food and milk,

The cats mouth and nose in ….

Off at the sea, a huge wave stands

And then disappears into a dragon’s mouth.
