LadyinChanisCreditYou seem so sweet in your box of meat

I feel the mold in mine

We all give our lives for something grand

Or some thing not so much

The tingles and the touches…

Whisperings and blushes

Drug induced orgasms

That release yet more drugs

Feelings that induce a lifetime

Of devotion just to quit the field

In a minute, or in just a teasing moment

Lonesome rushes to the vacuums empty stretches

The void owns it all when all is said and done

A lifetime of love, or an evil precious moment

Paid in devotion to causes small and grand

They will fill a lifetime

Of this there can be no denying

I mold reality into illusion

And love it while it lasts

Till the time when there’s no time

This dream has had it’s day

And illusion flits away

And what’s real is not for me to say

You seem so sweet in your box of meat

I feel the mold in mine

For a time, all for a time

This is a re-post because I like this poem so much. There is a revision

That I’m putting to music, but I have to find it first.

Can hardly wait
