Editor: It’s time for people to make decisions on where they stand. Are you for more drug war that costs billions of dollars and many lives, and immense civil and social destruction, or is time to try something different. Governments on both sides of the river seem to love drug war. Their tears for the dead and destroyed seem to me to be crocodile like at best. The people need to decide.
